A yummy variety of rice from the City of Nawabs-Hyderabad. It is usually served with Daalcha and Tala huwa Gosht or any Chicken gravy too. Lagan Ka Dum Ka Murgh or Lagan Ka Gosht also pairs up nicely with this flavourful and aromatic rice.

Steps
- 1
Heat oil and add the whole spices. Fry for a minute and then add the sliced onions. Add in the ginger garlic paste and saute on a low to medium high heat for 3-4 minutes until the onions are lightly browned.
- 2
Add mint leaves and slit green chillies too. Stir fry for a minute or two before adding 8 cups of water. Adjust salt according to taste and let the water boil.
- 3
After it starts boiling vigorously, add soaked rice to it. Mix well and allow it to cook on a high heat for the first 5 minutes and then simmer on a low heat until a nice aroma emanates in your kitchen and the rice looks done.
- 4
Serve it hot with Chicken Khorma and Daalcha. Enjoy!
