  4. Chicken powder 1 tsp (Optional)
  5. 1 tspGaram masala powder (Whole spices powder)
  6. Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  7. 1 tbsZeera (Cumin seeds)
  8. 1/2 tspSafed mirch powder (White pepper powder)
  9. 1 tbsSoy sauce
  10. 1/2 tspKali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
  11. 1 tbsLehsan paste (Garlic paste)
  12. 3-4Green chilli (Green chilies) Chopped
  13. HandfulDhania (Coriander)
  14. HandfulPodina (Mint leaves)
  15. Mozzarella cheese (Grated) as required
  16. 1Anda (Egg)
  17. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In bowl,add boiled potatoes and mash it.

    Add chicken powder,whole spice powder,salt,cumin seeds,white pepper powder,soy sauce,black pepper powder,garlic paste,green chilies,coriander,mint leaves,mix well to combine and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Take mixture,make 12 patty/kabab,add mozzarella cheese and make patty/kabab again.

    Dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.

    In frying pan,add oil and kabab/patty,fry until golden brown.
