Whisk the egg yolks with the milk, salt, and sugar until well combined. Add the cornstarch and mix until smooth. Finally, stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Press a sheet of phyllo dough into each cupcake mold, pressing firmly into the pan, then pour the egg-milk mixture into each mold until full.

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the tops are set and no longer wet.
