Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoonsghee
  • 3medium sized papad
  • 1/4 teaspoonhing
  • 1 teaspoonginger paste
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 3chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1.5 cupwater
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat it up add ghee add ginger cumin and green chilli then add masala cook it til ghee separates pan now add curd mix it continuously add water cook it up well add roasted papad..

    Turn off the flame add garam masala. Ready to serve
