Peel, clean and chop the potatoes and bananas

Heat oil, fry onions till translucent then add tomatoes fry to form a nice paste. Add salt, cubes, garam masala then add the chopped ingredients and add water to their level

Boil until it's soft, you can test using a folk. The serve with a stew of your choice
