Take a pan, add ghee, heat it. add Cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato fry it well. But we should fry dry coconut. After frying all ingredients cool it down. After that grind it in a fine paste.

Next step take a pan, add ghee, heat it. add Cumin seeds, granded paste, garam masala, Cumin, coriander powder, sugar. fry it well & it should leave oil from all fried masala & paste.

Next step add water as required after that boil it well. After boil it is ready.

Final step after boiling of gravy take a bowl add sev, gravy, chopped onion. Finally serve it hot with chapati.
