  • 8point gourd
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspcoconut
  • 1 tspwhite sesame seed
  • 1 tsppoppy seeds
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1small onion
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 1 tspvegetable oil
  • To tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Saute point gourd for 3 minutes.make a paste of all the ingredients except oil.

    Add the masala paste in the pan add 1/2cup water cook for 10 minutes in a low flame. Add salt to taste.it is done.serve with rice,roti.
