Ingredients

  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1/4 cupchilled milk
  • 2-3 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspkhas syrup
  • Fordarker lassi--
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 4 tbspkhas syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add curd, chilled milk, sugar and khas syrup. Blend it with a wooden churner. When all ingredients cooperated well. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    In another bowl take curd and khas syrup. Mix it well we get dark lassi this time.

  3. 3

    In a glass pour 2 tbsp dark lassi, now pour lassi in it. Pour 1 tbsp dark lassi over it.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
