Peanut butter and banana protein oatmeal 🥣💪🏻

Delicious protein oat meal to start the first day of June 🥣💚. Here it is my vegan style whey porridge with smooth peanut butter and banana top with poppy seeds and toasted coconut flakes. I use this delicious vanilla flavour #vegan #protienpowder from @kin_nutrition it made my porridge yummy and creamy but you can use any protein powder you prefer. Perfect to fix your Monday mood indeed!!!

Mix porridge, protein powder and warm water together, heat up on low heat. Stir well until all combine and heat through.

Mix peanut butter and coconut oil together and put it in microwave for 30 seconds or heat on low heat for 1-2 min then mix well. Leave it aside.

Time to bowl them up, add your protein porridge and top up with banana, seasalt flakes coconut flakes, peanut butter and poppy seeds. Enjoy 💛
