Marinate chicken in curd now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and oil.

Now make a paste of onion, khade masale and mint leaves. Now add this paste in marinate chicken. Now heat a pot add oil then add marinated chicken and cook well.

Side by side keep rice to cook in this add all the khade masale, salt and cook 60% than strain it. Now put rice on chicken add food colour and mint leaves and if you want smokey flavour then heat a piece of coal and add ghee on it and close the lid and cook of 10 minutes. Serve with fresh onion rings.
