Cut the vegetables into round slices. Remove the side of the bread and keep it ready.

Beat the eggs nicely adding salt and heat a pan adding little butter now pour the eggs and make two omelettes then cut each omelettes into four pieces.

Spread butter on a bread slice on one side then place an omelette then onion and tomato pieces, sprinkle some pepper powder then take another bread slice spread butter on both sides of the bread and place it on top of onion and tomato pieces then on top of the second bread slice place cucumber and carrots then sprinkle some pepper powder, top it with a omelette piece and take the third slice of bread and spread butter on one side and place it on top of omelette.

Repeat the same for other 3 sandwiches
