It's a finger licking recipe. It was my first experience making Rasmalai. But I made it from a pre-made mix. Hope you like it. #Wearetogether #Eid

It's a finger licking recipe. It was my first experience making Rasmalai. But I made it from a pre-made mix. Hope you like it. #Wearetogether #Eid
Steps
- 1
Put Milk for boiling on low flame with Sugar and Water.
- 2
Beat the eggs well.
- 3
Mix Oil into the Rasmalai Mix and mix it throughly. Add 5 tbsp of egg and knead well to make a soft dough. (If the dough remains dry or hard and 1 tbsp of egg. If the dough remains too thin leave it at room temperature for 2 minutes.)
- 4
Make 15-18 small round shape balls and put these balls immediately in boiling milk. Increase the level of flame to high. Keep it at boil on full flame for 5-10 minutes till become 3-4 times larger than the original size, carefully and occasionally dip and rotate the balls in full high/high boiling milk with the help of flat spoon. (Mind it if the balls are not immediately put into the boiling milk, they may become hard).
- 5
Refrigerate before eating delicious Rasmalai.
- 6
Note: if the dough becomes too sticky, add one tbsp of Oil during kneading. For easily making the balls grease your palm with oil.
- 7
Enjoy your meal !!!
