Ingredients

2 cupscooked rice
1 cupmixed vegetables(carrots, sweet peas, green beans)
1 cuponion diced
2scallions
1 cupbeef liver cubed
1/2 tspthyme
1 tspcurrypowder
1/2 cupchicken stock
1stock cube
3 tbspoil for frying
to tasteSalt

Steps

1

Add the parboiled rice to the stock and cook until the water is dried up.

Preheat the oil in a pan, throw in onions and fry for a minute or two, add the scallions, mixed veges and seasonings.

Throw in the rice and stir fry for about 3 to 5 minutes.Take it off the heat and serve.
