Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 2 bowlsMurmura(roasted)puffed rice
  • 6 tbspsev
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tspgreen chilli (chopped)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsproasted peanuts
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 2 tbspChutney (whatever you have green/imli etc)
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • Handfulcoriander leaves

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add all the ingredients except murmura and sev. Mix it well

  2. 2

    Add the murmura and mix nicely.
    Transfer the bhel in serving bowl and garnish with sev and coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Serve immediately
