Ingredients

  1. For meat gravy
  2. 1\2 kg meat
  3. 3tomato
  4. 3piyaz
  5. 2 tblspoon lal mirch
  6. 2 tblspoon dhaniya powder
  7. 1 tblspoon haldi
  8. Salt as required
  9. For palak
  10. 1 cuppalak chopped
  11. 2tomato
  12. 1 tblspoon lal mirch
  13. 1\2 tbl spoon haldi
  14. Salt as required
  15. 1 tblspoon oil

Cooking Instructions

    First take oil in a patila..add chopped onion.

    Fry it until it turn light brown..then add tomato in it..

    Add meat in it and all the spices and mix it well.cook for 10 min until oil gets separated..

    Then add water in it and slow the flame..cook it until meats get tender

    On other side take a pan..add oil in it.chopped palak and tomato

    Then add lal mirch haldi and namak

  7. 7

    Cook it for 20 minutes..

    When meat gets tender add this add palak into it..cook for another 10 minutes.

    Palak ghost is ready..serve it with garam garam roti
