#cookwithamna..eid special. So here is my first recipe of eid contest I tried this handi 2nd time but this time I use to made it in Matti ke handi and the taste was yummylicious every one loves to eat it and like it it's a simple and less time assuming recipe and I love to cook it in handi it was my first experience in cooking in handi... And one more interesting story which I had related to this recipe is that I had left over of it so I shredded the left over chicken of it and make potatoes and chicken cutles and believe me they are yummylicious the chicken gave a yummylicious taste to the cutles as well... Must try and enjoy and one more thing I use to cook it in big handi and serve it in my small handi..❤

In a pot (handi)add 3tbsp of oil and 1tbsp of butter and let butter melts then add chicken and fry it for almost 10 mints

Then add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and stir for 2to 3min

Then add 1tsp of black pepper,1/2tsp of white pepper, to taste salt and 1tbsp lemon juice and stir for 5 to 6 mints

Now add half cup of water and simmer for 10 mints.. Then add 1cup fresh cream and simmer for 5 mints more then add 1cup of cheddar cheese and 1/2tsp of garam Masala powder further cook for 5 to 10 mints

Now garnish slices green chillies and serve with naan..
