Take a bowl add besan, pinch of salt, baking soda, water make thick medium consistency batter. Rest for 10 minutes.

Now heat oil for frying, take a small ball portion of batter drop into hot oil fry till golden brown.

Soak frying phulki in a warm water for 5-6 minutes (optional) or use directly.

Take a blender add chilled water, cumin powder, black pepper powder, aamchur powder, Chaat masala powder, coriender leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chili, Red chili powder, tamarind pulp, sugar salt, lemon juice blend till well combined. Now add coriender leaves, Boondi pomegranate krenels mix well.

Pour into serving bowl add soaked Phulki serve.
