As the name suggests, it's a great Lassi and an all time favourite with my family. Be it Summers or fast breaking time or just a lazy weekend evening, it always tops the chart. It is not only a thirst quencher but also a treasure full of protiens. A 3 ingredient magic by my mom that gets rave reviews everytime i serve it to my guests till date. An absolutely no fuss recipe that is a must in Summers or any party as such. There is no need of any extra Sugar too. Just blend the two ingredients and garnish with the third one before serving it chilled. Enjoy this super delicious easy to make no fuss Lassi in minutes. Happy Blending!

Steps
- 1
Gather both Ice cream and Yoghurt in a blender jar. Blend all the ingredients for a good 5 minutes. Use the pulse button on and off until you get a creamy foam on the top. If desired, whisk also can be used but that takes a lot of time. Blending is the easiest option.
- 2
Sugar can be increased or decreased. Dry fruits of your choice can be used. This makes the drink even more healthy. Yoghurt should be homemade for the best results.
- 3
Refrigerate it until ready for serve. It tastes awesome when served chilled. Serve with an extra generous dollop of Ice-cream on top with slivered Almonds. Enjoy!
