This is traditional Gujarati chhunda made with raw mango & sugar...can be eaten with roti, thepla, paratha....The sweet and tangy taste make it delicious...

This is traditional Gujarati chhunda made with raw mango & sugar...can be eaten with roti, thepla, paratha....The sweet and tangy taste make it delicious...

Take mangoes & remove it's skins..Then grate the mangoes with large size grater..

Take broad utensils.. Add grated mango,sugar & salt... And mix well till the sugar does not dissolve completely...

Cover the utensil with cotton cloth and tied with thread...And keep chhunda in full sunlight till 9 to 10 days..mix twice a day...

After 9 to 10 days sugar will be dissolved and mango & sugar mix together completely...And chhunda will be ready...Now at this stage you have to add red chilli powder & jeera powder in it..

You can use this chhunda whole year..
