This recipe is made with bread and egg. It’s a perfect evening time snack or it can be served for breakfast too.
Cooking Instructions

Toast the bread slices with or without butter.

Cut them into pieces

Heat a pan with oil. add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add onion and sauté until it becomes glassy. Add tomato and sauté until it becomes soft and mushy.

Add all spice powder (turmeric, coriander, cumin and red chilly powder) and salt. Sauté for few mins.

Break and pour the eggs. Stir constantly and scramble the eggs.

When it is almost cooked (80-90%), add toasted bread pieces. Stir it for few mins until it gets mixed well. By this time eggs will get completely cooked.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
