Okra and panner masala (bhindi & panner)
Simple and easy dish to make for lunch or dinner. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian.
Steps

Wash the okras for 2-3 times. Once washed, dry them and sliced them.

Place pan over the heat. Add 2 Tbsp oil. Once the oil heat up, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds. Cook them for 1 min. Add garlic and sliced onions. Cook them until onions gets golden brown. Add ginger and tomatoes. Put salt, turmeric, red chilli powder. Cook for another 2-3 mins.

Add fresh okra in to the masala and finely diced panner. Cook till the okra and panner become soft and oil starts to separate from the masala. Cook it on low heat.

Serve them in the serving dish and enjoy with fresh Chapatis.
