1 cupsweet corn
1/2 cuponion finely chopped
1/4 cupcapsicum finely chopped
1/2 tspblack pepper crushed
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tsplemon juice
1 tbspbutter
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspCumin seeds

Heat butter in a pan. Sprinkle cumin seeds and let it splatter. Add sweet corn and cook covered for 3 minutes. Now, add onion, capsicum and salt. Mix well and saute for another 2 minutes. Switch off the gas. Let it become warm.

Now sprinkle fresh pepper crushed, red chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix well and serve.
