Wash ur catfish with lime and keep aside

Use spacious pot for ur pepper soup it depend on d quantity u preparing for add water to it then goes in ur pepper cover and allow it to boil

After a while add in ur onions,ginger,garlic, pepper soup spices cover to boil then add ur seasoning to taste

Then gently add d fish to it and cover to cook for like 10-15minutes then u lower d flame and gently shake d pot because catfish is delicate it scatter easily

Add ur scent leaves after 2mins it done serve hot!!!!
