Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSoya Chun
  2. 2Onion - finely chopped
  3. 2Tomato - medium sized
  4. 3Green chilli
  5. 1 inchGinger
  6. 6Garlic - buds
  7. 1 tspShahi Jeera
  8. Cloves3
  9. 1/2 inchCinnamon stick
  10. 1Star anise
  11. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  12. 1 tspCoriander powder -
  13. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 2 tbspOil
  16. 2 tbspGhee
  17. 1 tspDry mango powder -
  18. 1 tspKasuri methi
  19. 4 tbspFresh coriander -

Cooking Instructions

    Take a soya chunks and add 2 cup warm water and soak 15 min. After 15 min squeeze out water.

    Now add grind. Cut onion, Ginger, garlic and chilli & cut tomato and make paste.

    Heat a pen and add oil & ghee. Now add garam masale,jeera and fry few seconds. Now add ginger, garlic and chilli and fry 1 min.

    After 1 min now add onion and fry till light golden colour.

  5. 5

    Add salt and all dry masala & mix well and add tomato paste.

  6. 6

    And ½ cup water and fry 3 to 4 min. Now add kasuri meethi and soya chunks.

  7. 7

    Mix well and fry 4 to 5 min. Now add coriander and serve.
