Chia vegetable smoothie is perfect , healthy and power pack option. Along with vegetables it contains super food Chia seeds and coconut sugar. We all knew about health benefits of Chia seeds. It contains omega-3, dietary fiber, protein and anti oxidants. It's a vegan source of omega-3 . So just a spoonful of chia seeds a day is an easy way to support digestive system and satiate your appetite. Coconut sugar is low glycemic and contain nutrients like 6 vitals amino acids, potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc. We can use coconut sugar same way and in same ratio like cane sugar.

Ingredients

10 miniutes
2 persons
  • 1small beet root
  • 1cucumber
  • 1carrot
  • 15spinach leaves
  • 1"piece ginger
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 2 tbspcoconut sugar
  • 1 tspblack salt

Steps

10 miniutes
  1. 1

    Clean, peel and grate, beet root, cucumber and carrot. Clean and chop spinach leaves and ginger.

  2. 2

    Now transfer all vegetables in to mixer jar. Add, coconut sugar, black salt and lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Blend it in smooth puree aka smoothie form. You can add coconut water or plain water if you wish.

  4. 4

    Serve chilled.
