Mix all the ingredients. Hand knead the dough for 10 minutes

Cover the kneaded dough in a bowl with cling wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour. Knead again

Divide into small balls (for this bun dont have to be clean neat ball shape). Cover for 15 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes
