For buns,mix all the ingredients,exept oil, in a bowl.Mix well and make a soft dough after adding some warm water. Apply oil over the dough.Cover and keep in a warm place for 1 hour to ferment.

Meanwhile prepare chicken stuffing.Heat a pan,addoil and chopped onion.Fry for 1 minute.

Add chicken and all the ingredients,mix and add 1/2cup water.Cover and cookfor 6-7minutes till chicken is soft.

Dry water if any.Take out in a bowl and let it cool.Grind coarsely the chicken.Keep aside.

Now dough is fermented well.Make 4 equall sized balls.

Flatten each ball into a disc.Put 2 tbsp chicken stuffing on one disc.seal the edges and give a shape of bun.Prepare all 4 like this.

Put ball in a baking tray,cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Give an egg wash to the buns,sprinkle both the sesame seeds over.

Preheat an oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.Bake for20-25 minutes till buns are golden.

Take out and serve hot with garlic sauce,or sauce of your choice.
