Fish fillet coconut served with deep fried potatoes

Peel 3 potatoes wash and clean

Boil in a little water,heat oil and deep fry the potatoes

Wash spinach,and use onion to fry them.Add salt to taste

Wash your fillet;marinate using ginger and garlic paste,soy sauce,and salt for 30 mins in a bowl.The bowl should be put in the fridge.

After 30 mins remove fish from fridge.Heat cooking oil until hot and put your marinated fish turn gently till u get a deep golden colour,its ready remove

Take an onion and cut into slice and use oil to fry it in a pan.Add tomato paste to the mixture and let simmer.Pour your coconut cream in and stir gently.Put a 1/3 cup of water and gently put the fillet in.

Let it simmer for like 3 minutes and then plate as above.
