Cook pasta, and strain. Cut chicken on the side, make a pocked, season with salt and pepper.

Put the chicken in a large frying pan with the oil pan fry them on a medium heat until light brown, remove them and add the garlic don't let them brown just get a golden color , add the wine and broth. Turn heat down to a low simmer.

While the liquid is heating stuff each chicken pocket with a slice of prosciutto. Then slice 4 thin pieces of mozzarella, place 1in each pocket.

Place all the chicken into the frypan keep the heat medium low put a lid on and cook for about 30 to 40 minutes.

Grate the rest of the cheese. When the chicken is done sprinkle cheese on the top of each piece, put the lid on until the cheese has melted.

Put pasta on a serving plate place chicken on top then pour the sauce over the pasta and chicken.
