Ingredients

for 3 person's
  • 2 cupSemolina
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 2row potatoes
  • Salt as taste
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 2 spoonchopped coriander
  • 1/2 spoonUrad daal
  • 1/2 spoonChanaa daal
  • 1/2 spoonMustard seeds
  • 1/2 spoonCumin seeds
  • 1/4 spoonAsafoetida
  • 7-8Curry leaves
  • 2 spoonchopped cashews
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 1/4 spoonbaking soda

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and grate potatoes and wash them then add semolina and curd,

    To make a thick batter by adding salt and water

  3. 3

    Now heat the oil in a pan and make the tadka and mix it in the semolina mixture and add baking soda and mix well

    Then put it in the idli mold and cook it in steam
