  • 1 bowllotus seeds(makhana)
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder

5minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Add makhana.

    Roasted it on medium flame.

    Add salt,cumin powder and black pepper powder and mix everything well. Stir continuously.

    Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Off the flame and transfer to a plate. Let it cool completely. Serve or keep it in airtight container.
