Ingredients

4 people
  • 1/2 cuptapioca pearl soaked overnight
  • 3-4pices of medium size boiled potato
  • 1-2 piecesChopped green chilli
  • 4 tbspChopped onions
  • 2 tbspChopped ginger
  • Salt as taste
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspRoasted cumin powder
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 2 tbspChopped coriander
  • Chopped curry leaves 3 tbsp
  • Refine oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    At first drain the excess water of sago(tapioca pearl) very well with a cheese cloth, then mix the all ingredients very well with hand.

    Thereafter add refine oil and deep fry the patties shaped vada.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
