Steps

Take 2 large size potatoes, wash potatoes very well & cut them into pieces.

Wash potatoes very well till the starch is removed.

Boiled potatoes in salty water boil it till 80% cooked.

Take a large bowl & add plain flour, rice flour, corn starch, salt and mixed herbs... And mix it well all together.. and make a smooth batter.

Add oil in a frying pan & heat the oil.

Now add potatoes slices into the batter & fry it until they turned brown.

Potato wedges are now ready to serve. Eat with schezwan sauce.
