In a bowl mix suji, roasted oats powder, gram flour, curd salt and black proper. Make a batter by adding water

Add onion, capsicum and beetroot

Add eno. Mix well

Grease appe pan, heat it

Pour mixture in each cavity.

After some times flip it.

Again cover it and cook.

Add toothpick and check.
