Craving for juicy clams & bread soaked in butter wine sauce

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Garlic cloves & white onions diced
  2. Parsley finely chopped
  3. Lemon zest
  4. Lemon juice
  5. Olive oil
  6. teaspoons Butter
  7. Pasta
  8. White wine you drink to love

Cooking Instructions

    Prep all ingredients in advance

  2. 2

    Heat pan to medium high, olive oil, garlic & onion to sweat it out while pasta is a couple of minutes from done

  3. 3

    Place a couple or three handful of clams (proportionally according to your liking). Turn to high heat then pour in the wine while you take a sip:). Put on the cover and let it come to boil

  4. 4

    In goes the butter, lemon zest, parsley

  5. 5

    Either mix in the pasta or pour the clams & goodness over a bed of pasta

  6. 6

    No salt needed
