Soak moong and urad together for overnight. After then drain the water and take the grinder put it the daals into the grinder add ginger, garlic, curry leaves and grind it together without adding water and make a smooth paste.

Now transfer this mixture into bowl add salt, baking soda, hind and water according to need.

Now prepare your idli stand and heat it gress to idli tray and pour mixture into tray and steam it to medium to low flame and cook for 5-10 Min. Check it will cook or not then let it cool down for 5 min and then transfer this into plate.

Now cut this moond and urad daal idli into 2 pieces.

Now we prepare there tadka so take a pan/ kadai heat it and add 2 tbsp oil then add cumin and mustard seed and sauté for a minute after that add red chilli powder and pieces of moong urad daal idli.

Close the lid of pan/kadai and roast idlies for 2-3 min to the golden brown colour.

Now transfer this into plate. And serve hot and healthy moond urad daal idli fry with tomato sauce and green chutney.
