In a bowl take semolina, chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric, jeera powder and fresh curd.

Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for 15 mins. After 15 mins add baking soda give a quick mix.

Now fill the idli pan with the prepared batter and let it steam for about 20 mins. Serve hot with sambar or fresh yogurt.
