Steamed chicken is a very healthy and delicious dish. It's an ideal dish for weight loss, with the protein richness of chicken and with very little amount of oil and the steamy and juicy flavour of it makes it perfect. Give it a try

Firstly wash chicken properly

Now take a bowl put curd,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,cumin powder,kasuri methi,chilli fleaks,pepper powder, vinegar, oil and salt and mix it well and keep aside for 30 minutes

Add chopped coriander, Now marinated chicken is ready for steam

Take some aluminum foil and place the chicken pieces over it and fold the foil and cover it properly

Now all chicken pieces are covered in foil

Take a steamer and put sufficient water in it and place the wrapped chicken foil on plate and cover the steamer and steam it on low to medium flame for approximately 35 -40 minutes

Now chicken is done open the foil and dish out the juicy chicken

Steam chicken is ready
Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy this delicious starter with green chutney.

I have one question: Instead of using aluminium foil, can we steam the chicken in a covered pot placed in the steamer? Thanks
