Roast groundnuts, black gram, coriander seeds, 1 TSP cumin, 1 TSP mustard seeds at 1 minute intervals in a pan. Cook for 10 minutes until the colour changes to brown uniformly on low flame.

Add 3/4 cup of roasted bengal gram.

Dice an onion

Add 2 sprigs of curry leaf

Take 1 glass of rice, and 1.5 glasses of water with 1 tsp of oil. Cook in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes on sim.

Cool it on a plate.

Heat butter

Add 1/2 TSP cumin, red chilli, 1/2 TSP mustard seeds, 2 sprigs of curry leaf, and onion in an order. Cook on medium flame.

Make ginger-garlic paste with green chillies. Add it to the pan.

Cut the tomatoes

Add turmeric. Cook until onions are transparent

Add tomatoes and rock salt. Cook with pan closed. Cook until tomatoes become a paste.

Make the peanut mixture into a powder. Dice coriander

Mix it into the tomatoes

Mix coriander.

Mix rice into the mixture after switching off the flame
