Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 100gmsWheat spaghetti (boiled)
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2onions finely sliced
  • 1carrot thin juliennes
  • 1/2green capsicum thin julienne
  • 1/2bell peppers thin julienne
  • 3-4babycorns sliced
  • 100 gmsbroccoli (blanched)
  • 1tomato sliced
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/3 tbspblack pepper
  • 1/3 tbspchilli powder
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tbspschezwan sauce
  • 1.5 tbspolive oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add olive oil to it. Now add ginger garlic paste & let it cook for a minute. Now add finely sliced onions. Cook till it turn translucent.

    Now add carrot, capsicum, bell peppers, baby corn, brocolli & tomato. Mix well & let the vegetables to cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.

    Now add salt, pepper & chilli flakes(optional). Mix well. Add 1-1 tbsp tomato sauce & schezwan chutney. Mix & let it cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

    In a wide open bowl boil wheat spaghetti with pinch of salt on high flame for about 15 minutes/till it's cooked. Strain the water & drizzle 1 tbsp of oil over it.

    Add spaghetti to the vegetables & mix well. Wheat spaghetti with a healthy twist is ready to be served.
