It's a fusion of italian & chinese cuisine. As everyone nowadays is health cautious. And health & taste both are important elements of smart cooking, so this is one my all time favorite recipe for my family.
Wheat spaghetti with a healthy twist

It's a fusion of italian & chinese cuisine. As everyone nowadays is health cautious. And health & taste both are important elements of smart cooking, so this is one my all time favorite recipe for my family.
Steps

Take a pan. Add olive oil to it. Now add ginger garlic paste & let it cook for a minute. Now add finely sliced onions. Cook till it turn translucent.

Now add carrot, capsicum, bell peppers, baby corn, brocolli & tomato. Mix well & let the vegetables to cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.

Now add salt, pepper & chilli flakes(optional). Mix well. Add 1-1 tbsp tomato sauce & schezwan chutney. Mix & let it cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

In a wide open bowl boil wheat spaghetti with pinch of salt on high flame for about 15 minutes/till it's cooked. Strain the water & drizzle 1 tbsp of oil over it.

Add spaghetti to the vegetables & mix well. Wheat spaghetti with a healthy twist is ready to be served.
