Spinach Cream Soup

Wash and chop spinach.

In a wok add butter garlic onion and saute it just to sweat it not much add spinach saute and add water cover the lid let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Blend it with blender add cream salt and black pepper.

If you find it thin and like thick soup add corn starch in milk and pour it into the spinach simmer it for 5 minutes.

Garnish with cream and I have micro green so I have add it.
