Ingredients

  • 2 Tbspsesame oil
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 2 cmginger, thinly sliced or pounded
  • 250 grground pork
  • 1 packsilken tofu (300 gr), smashed with a fork
  • 2 tspfish sauce
  • 1/2 Tbspoyster sauce
  • 1/4 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder or to taste
  • 150 mlwater
  • 1 Tbspcornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 stalksgreen onions, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat sesame oil over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add ground pork. Cook until it change color.

  3. 3

    Add water. Cook until boiling.
    Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder.

  4. 4

    Add tofu. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add the mixture of cornstarch and water. Keep stirring until the sauce is thickened. Adjust the taste.

  6. 6

    Add green onions. Mix well. Remove from the heat.

  7. 7

    Serve over warm white rice. Yum! 😋
