Cabbage Poriyal
A simple and quick sidedish for lunch.
Steps

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dhal and chanadhal fry till golden brown.

Next add curry leaves, green chillies and onions.

Saute till translucent and slightly golden. Add the chopped cabbage and required salt. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Open and simmer till nice and dry. Add coconut and give a quick stir.
