A fruit-filled ice ring will melt more slowly than ice cubes, which means it won't water down your punch.
This easy to make non-alcoholic sangria is perfect for the summer.

Ingredients

  1. 2large bags of frozen mixed berries
  2. 3x 75cl of Sweet Non-Alcoholic wine or Sangria
  3. 200 mlwater
  4. 200 mlcastor sugar, add more or less
  5. Cornish Ice cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Place 200ml of water in a saucepan along with the castor sugar. Heat gently then add the Sangria and berries. If you have a Bundt pan, great but if you are like me and don’t use a flan tin and a small baking ramekin placed upside down in the centre.

  2. 2

When you have heated gently to infuse all the flavours, leave to cool. Pour some of the sangria into the flan tin with ramekin and place in the freezer.

  3. 3

When frozen, remove and place in your bowl and serve sangria in a glass topped with Cornish Ice Cream. All the best and enjoy 😉.
