Keep all required ingredients ready.

In kadhai add heat oil, add urad dal, mustard cummin seeds as splutter add chanadal and peanuts. Roast for few minutes.

Add slitted green chillies, minced ginger and dry red chillies,saute for 2 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, grated raw mango,mix and saute for 2 minutes.

Add boiled rice and salt. Mix well, saute for 2 minutes.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Raw Mango Rice, garnishing with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
