Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated bottlegourd. Cook for 5 mins.

Add all the above ingredients, simmer and cook lauki halwa on a low to medium-low flame. Stir often so that the halwa does not stick or burn.

Saute till it thickens.

Flavoursome halwa is ready to be served, garnished with finely chopped dry fruits!
