Heat a pan with oil add Cumin seeds, fennel seeds, Ajwain, Hing onion, ginger- garlic saute well for a minute. Now add coriander powder, chilli powder and Besan, turmeric, salt and little water mix well after 5 minutes at the end add Lemon juice and keep aside.Rinse the Mirchi wipe them with dry cloth or kitchen towel. Take Stuff masala in a bowl. Make a slit in each Mirchi lengthwise.

Now stuff all Mirchi one by one.Heat a pan with vegetables oil add stuff Mirchi in a single layer.Cook the mirchi on the Low flame and cover it. After 4-5 minutes keep turning mirchi and again covered for 5-6 minutes for cook then turn off the flame. Serve with Paratha or Roti
