  • 2 poundsground chicken
  • 1bell pepper diced
  • 1medium onion diced
  • 1 Tsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1and a half tsp adobo
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Dashsalt
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 6subrolls

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook ground chicken in medium skillet

  2. 2

    Add diced peppers and onions

  3. 3

    Cook for another five to seven minutes until onions and peppers are tender.

    Place cheese on the top of ground chicken cover and let melt. Place chicken in sub rolls and enjoy...
