At first, we fry the carrot, potato, & nutrela in the deshi ghee in the pan on low flame. Otherside, We will washed the rice & leave it 20 minute for soaking.

Now we take a cooker, add 2 tsp ghee, bay leaf 2 large cardamom 2, cinnamon 2, small cardamom 2, 4 clove, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp garam masala & chapped tomatoes

After, fry it 5 minute add rice & 1 glass water, one tsp lemon & waiting to 1 whistle to came out.

When it open the pressure cooker, add all the ingredients like soyabean potato, carrot etc, now your healthy dinner rice ready to serve.
