Wash the moringa well and cook for 10 minutes drain the water

In a different pot, put your wash meat and cook for 10 minutes

Fry Oil,onions,tomato, pepper and fry

Add maggi,ginger,garlic,curry and salt, dry fish and the boil meat cook for 5 minutes

Add will water and add the cooked moringa and allow to stream for few minutes and its done.
